THE HEAVENLY VISION

Posted on  by admin

The Bible tells us to stay true to the heavenly vision, but what does that mean? Well, God’s Word tells us, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” (Proverbs 29:18 a).You have to have a vision, a reason for living, a goal, something to strive for. Otherwise without a vision you are just like an astronaut who’s tether line has broken and he is adrift in space aimlessly floating into oblivion. You have got to find that certain something that motivates you and gets you going and out of bed and on track. For some people it is money and the pursuit of material gain. The Constitution talks about life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and it guarantees us of that right, but it doesn’t guarantee you will find it.”Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.”(Matthew 22:37-39). Beloved any thing that you are pursuing besides this great commandment is just a waste of time and energy and will come to naught. Jesus told us ,”Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: but lay up for yourselves treasures in Heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:” (Matthew 6:19,20). All the things of this life will surely pass and only what is done for Christ shall last.”the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls: who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.”(Matthew 13:45,46 ). Have you found that goodly pearl yet? Have you sold all you have to buy it? If you have, you have made a very wise choice, and investment. “Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”(Philippians 3:13,14). Have you found the high calling of God in Christ Jesus for your life? He is no fool, who gives what he can not keep, to gain what he can not loose.

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I  believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

WHO IS IN CONTROL?

Ultimately God and Jesus and The Holy Spirit are in Control. The devil is the god of this World. “Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; and saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.”(Matthew 4:8-9). “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”(2 Corinthians 4:3-4).The Lord uses the devil to fulfill prophecy and for purposes of judgment upon a rebellious World. From these verses we can clearly see that the devil has been given control of the affairs of this World, but what can we do about it? We can rebuke him and his demons in the Name of Jesus Christ..” And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour. Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”(Matthew 17:18-20), Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.”(James 4:7-10). “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”(1 John 4:4). “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”(Ephesians 6:12). The enemy the devil is controlling his puppet leaders. Thank the Lord for the ones who stand up against him. Pray for our Christian Leaders to have wisdom. “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” (James 1:5). Although the devil is in charge of this world the Lord only lets him go so long and so far. Pray for wisdom every day so you can make the right decisions, so you can live as long as possible which is our duty to preach the Gospel. Sometimes to run away to live another day is the better part of valor. They call it a strategic retreat to reorganize and pray and attack again. There is no discharge in that war once you are in the Lords service. You are in for life. “There is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power in the day of death: and there is no discharge in that war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it.”(Ecclesiastes 8:8). Remember the Bible says, “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.” (Revelation 12:11-12).

Amen.

A CHALLENGE FOR US ALL! Part 2

Current times have caused many of us to seek answers, The WHY’S, the HOW’S, the REASONINGS for so much confusion, hate, and UNGODLY BEHAVIOUR, We want to challenge you to take the time to read One Posting daily for 30 days in www.answersintheword.com, and see what that does for you in your life. Please let us know. It should only take a few minutes. You could add it with your daily prayer and devotions. This web site has been a work in progress in our lives for over 50 years. As we ourselves look back to the past before we were born, since Adam & Eve disobeyed God in the Garden Of Eden. Wars and more Wars throughout History. The Holocaust, Nuclear bomb testing, then the Bombing of Japan. Then during the 1950’s and 1960’s we looked for answers, to why the killing of Martin Luther King, President JFK, the Vietnam War, and young people running to drugs and ungodly living, choosing abortion and killing millions of babies?

To give you hope in a world gone astray, The King James Bible is a good version to read. Start with the New Testament, the Book of John, then Matthew, Mark, & Luke. “as newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: if so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious. To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,”(1Peter 2:2-4)

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”. (John 3:16). “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John14:6).

Amen.

DO YOU KNOW HIM?

The Word KNOW in The King James Bible comes from the Hebrew Word Yada. It is mentioned almost 950 times in the Hebrew Bible. It has a wider meaning than our English word “know, ” it means, perceiving, understanding, learning, willing, performing, and experiencing.

Jesus said; “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”(Matthew 7:21-23). To know him is to believe in him and what he said. If you know someone you will talk to them and listen to them. “I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.”(Proverbs 8:17). Adam knew Eve his wife and she bare fruit. The fruit of an apple tree is an apple. The fruit of a pear tree is a pear. The fruit of a Christrian is a Christian. Jesus said; “Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.”(John 15:8). The word believe comes from the word Pisteuo “in Greek which means to take in and trust. ” As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.”(Galatians 6:10). Does Jesus live in your heart? Do you make your home like a little bit of Heaven for those who you live with and love? Do you want to be happy? “If you know these things happy are ye if you do them.”(John 13:17). If you know Jesus, you know, “a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief,”(Isaiah 53). you know “a Shepherd moved with compassion”, (Matthew 9:36). ” a man weeping for his children.”(John 11:35). You know the Son of The Living God, The Messiah, The Saviour of The World, The Prince of Peace, The one who will never leave you or forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5). The one who made you with God The Heavenly Father and The Holy Spirit, “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.”(Genesis 1:26-28).

Amen.

TO TURN THE OTHER CHEEK

“but I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.”(Matthew 5:39). Lord help us, I don’t think I could be a turn the other cheek type of person. I am the type that would fight back, especially if my family and brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ were being attacked. I don’t think I could just sit there and turn the other cheek. It might be easier for me if it were just me being attacked, but to attack my loved ones is a different story for me. The Bible says; “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”(1 Corinthians 10:13). How ever I think there are more to these verses than meets the eye, this is the lesson Sargent York had to learn in World War 1. I know the Lord will give us strength and power for the hour and grace when the time comes, but when it is needed. I never can understand how those in Concentration Camps let such terrible atrocities happen to there family, and why they didn’t organize and fight back even though it was in most cases it would have been a losing cause. Better to fight for something than die for nothing. I think this doctrine about turning the other cheek needs to be prayed about more and studied about. “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”(2 Timothy 2:15). “These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.”(Acts 17:11). The Bible talks about getting a good balance of the scriptures. “A false balance is abomination to the Lord: but a just weight is his delight.”(Proverbs 11:1). “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.”(Jude 1:3). The Bible talks about contending for the faith and being a good shepherd, and how a good shepherd gives his life for the sheep. You can’t just let the devil win and hurt and destroy the work of God. “for a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again:”(Proverbs 24:16a). Jesus said; “I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.  So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.”(Revelation 3:15-16).  “But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.  Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.”(1Timothy 6:11-12). Remember Jesus made a whip and chased bad people out of the Temple. “and when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables;”(John 2:15). Beloved this could hardly be called turning the other cheek. There is a time and place for everything. “a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.”(Ecclesiastes 3:8). Lift high his Royal Banner it must not suffer loss, from victory unto to victory his army shall he lead. When Jesus came, born of a Virgin in Bethlehem. He came meek and humble riding on a donkey. But when he comes again he will be riding on a Mighty White Horse with the Army of Heaven following him to destroy the anti-christ armies at the Battle of Armagedón. The Blood will run to the Horses Bridles, and he will take over the World and rule it with Rod of Iron. Iron loving control for a thousand years and then continue on for eternity. Beloved we as Christian Believers have quite an amazing future to look forward to in Christ. “But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.”(Proverbs 4:18).

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins, and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen

WINSOME AND WITNESSING

Witnessing is more important than winning people. We are more accountable to the Lord to Witness than we are to win because each person must make his or her own decision about our witness and give account to the Lord themselves with what truth has been revealed to them. This is our job to deliver the truth. Jesus said, “If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin.”(John 15:22). Do you understand and receive this truth? You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink. It is called choice, free will. Jesus said, “And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.”(Revelation 22:17b). “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”(Matthew 11:28-29). The Lord loves volunteers, not forced robots. Leave something up to the Holy Spirit. Our job is to deliver the message. We will win very few compared to the multitudes we witness too. “preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.”(2 Timothy 4:2). Some sow and some reap. “And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.”(John 4:37-38). Remember if you love Jesus feed his sheep. He told Peter this 3 times. “So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.”(John 21:15-17). It is all laid out for them in www.answersintheword.com and the Bible and some are 10%, some are 20%, some are 100%. We can’t legislate righteousness or force people to want the truth. It is the GIFT of GOD. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.”(Ephesians 2:8-9).

Amen

BE LIKE THE WIND

“The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.”(John 3:8). It is better to try and fail than to sit around doing nothing until you die. It’s better to try to no avail than to just sit around and let life pass you by. Have you never had anything that was worth losing everything for? “By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: for he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.”(Hebrews 11:8-10). “By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called: accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure.”(Hebrews 11:17-19). Abraham was 75 years old when the Lord called him to forsake all and go to a place that he should afterwards receive for an Inheritance. If he would not have gone just think about what he would have missed out on. Like the Disciples, they would have died and faded into obscurity and vanished but because they forsook all and followed Jesus, their names are forever written in Heaven on the very foundations of The Holy City. “And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.”(Revelations 21:14). Don’t miss out on your rewards and blessings by limiting The Holy One of Israel. Step out by faith on the water, just keep your eyes focused on Jesus. “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:5-6). Don’t get stuck in a rut and the quicksand of this world. “for a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.”(Proverbs 24:16). Alexander The Great was asked how he conquered the World, so quick, in only 10 years. He replied, “By not delaying”!

Amen

How Big Is Your Church?

We are not trying to get a big Church going. We just want to reach people who are hungry for the truth. Like Jesus said: “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”(Matthew 18:20). My son James shared these verses we with me yesterday, I think because he discerned that I was discouraged about how things weren’t going for the Church. In other words, if you have two or three people gathered in His Name you have a Church. It may be discouraging if don’t have a big Church, all though he and Maria have been the most faithful to show up and help out and not just on Sunday either. We are looking for quality not quantity, People who want the truth. Like Peter said: to Jesus when many of his followers left him, because what Jesus said was too hard for them to bear, “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.  And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living of the God.”(John 6:63-69). We need the kind of people that will follow faithfully with you, no matter what comes our way. Your friends don’t need an explanation and your enemies wouldn’t believe you any way!! Caleb is a faithful daily reader of www.answersintheword.com, and so is Brian, and we pray that Brad will be too, and Osbaldo and his wife Laura. In fact we pray that all of our loved ones would read the web site everyday. “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.”(John 10:27-29) We are looking for people who want truth. People who are not coming into fellowship just because we are the closest to them. We are looking for people who are looking to find a Church fellowship that is closest to Jesus and his Word, not just their location. So there you have it. Which kind of a follower are you? How far would you travel for the truth??

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen

WHEN DOES THE LAST SEVEN YEARS START?

The last 7yrs. Starts when the Anti-Christ confirms the Covenant.

https://www.answersintheword.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/THE-LAST-7-YEARS-OR-70th-WEEK.odt

(Daniel 9:27)

“And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.”

A covenant is an agreement or a peace treaty. The covenant could bring about the rebuilding of the third Jewish Temple in Jerusalem, if they haven’t already started on the Temple. Remember the rebuilding of the Temple is not the main sign. The event of the antichrist confirming the covenant starts the Last Seven Years. The Covenant does not have to say anywhere in it that it is for a seven-year period of time. It just will be, until Jesus Comes back.

If you read our class in www.answersintheword.com on Daniel Chapter 8 you will understand that after the covenant is confirmed there will be 9 months and 25 days before the daily sacrifice begins. Then in the middle of the last 7 yrs., or 42 months after the covenant is confirmed, or 1260 days to be exact, (in The Hebrew Calendar of 12, thirty day months) the Anti-Christ will break the covenant, take away the daily sacrifice, be healed of a deadly wound, or assassinated and the Devil will enter his body and proclaim himself as God, and cause all to worship him and receive his mark, and force the worship of the Image of the Beast on people, place the Abomination of Desolation in the Temple. Then begins The Great Tribulation, and the Six Trumpets of the Tribulation.

(Matthew 24:15-31)

“When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) then let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains:  let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened. Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

(Revelation Chapter 8)

“And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets. And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand. And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake. And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound. The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; and the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed. And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; and the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter. And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise. And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!”

(Revelation Chapter 9)

“And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment has as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle. And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months. And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter. And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt. And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.”

(1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 )

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

Amen

IT’S ALL ABOUT JESUS CHRIST

It’s not about us. Jesus said, “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.”(John 12:32). John the Baptist said. “He must increase, but I must decrease.”(John 3:30). Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone could be more like Jesus, then we would have a little bit of Heaven here and now. We need to pray without creasing and listen to him. He will speak back to us. He will show us many wonderful things. After all that’s the way the Lord made us, to love him and have fellowship with him. Do you teach your children to do this? The best thing we can teach our children is how to pray and hear from Jesus. After all he lives in our hearts inside of us. He is always there and will never leave us or forsake us. Everyone is seeking for self-glory and honor and attention. “How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?”(John 5:44). How about if we just seek to make Jesus happy? ” Seek the Lord and his strength, seek his face continually.”(1 Chronicles 16:11).

We should be the happiest people on the earth, so that people who don’t know Jesus Christ will see us and say, they are so loving and happy, “I want what they have. Well, you can do this. “If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.”(John 13:17).

Say this prayer if you want to be saved, Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace.
