TO TURN THE OTHER CHEEK

“but I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.”(Matthew 5:39). Lord help us, I don’t think I could be a turn the other cheek type of person. I am the type that would fight back, especially if my family and brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ were being attacked. I don’t think I could just sit there and turn the other cheek. It might be easier for me if it were just me being attacked, but to attack my loved ones is a different story for me. The Bible says; “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”(1 Corinthians 10:13). How ever I think there are more to these verses than meets the eye, this is the lesson Sargent York had to learn in World War 1. I know the Lord will give us strength and power for the hour and grace when the time comes, but when it is needed. I never can understand how those in Concentration Camps let such terrible atrocities happen to there family, and why they didn’t organize and fight back even though it was in most cases it would have been a losing cause. Better to fight for something than die for nothing. I think this doctrine about turning the other cheek needs to be prayed about more and studied about. “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”(2 Timothy 2:15). “These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.”(Acts 17:11). The Bible talks about getting a good balance of the scriptures. “A false balance is abomination to the Lord: but a just weight is his delight.”(Proverbs 11:1). “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.”(Jude 1:3). The Bible talks about contending for the faith and being a good shepherd, and how a good shepherd gives his life for the sheep. You can’t just let the devil win and hurt and destroy the work of God. “for a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again:”(Proverbs 24:16a). Jesus said; “I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.  So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.”(Revelation 3:15-16).  “But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.  Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.”(1Timothy 6:11-12). Remember Jesus made a whip and chased bad people out of the Temple. “and when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables;”(John 2:15). Beloved this could hardly be called turning the other cheek. There is a time and place for everything. “a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.”(Ecclesiastes 3:8). Lift high his Royal Banner it must not suffer loss, from victory unto to victory his army shall he lead. When Jesus came, born of a Virgin in Bethlehem. He came meek and humble riding on a donkey. But when he comes again he will be riding on a Mighty White Horse with the Army of Heaven following him to destroy the anti-christ armies at the Battle of Armagedón. The Blood will run to the Horses Bridles, and he will take over the World and rule it with Rod of Iron. Iron loving control for a thousand years and then continue on for eternity. Beloved we as Christian Believers have quite an amazing future to look forward to in Christ. “But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.”(Proverbs 4:18).

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins, and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen

WINSOME AND WITNESSING

Witnessing is more important than winning people. We are more accountable to the Lord to Witness than we are to win because each person must make his or her own decision about our witness and give account to the Lord themselves with what truth has been revealed to them. This is our job to deliver the truth. Jesus said, “If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin.”(John 15:22). Do you understand and receive this truth? You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink. It is called choice, free will. Jesus said, “And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.”(Revelation 22:17b). “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”(Matthew 11:28-29). The Lord loves volunteers, not forced robots. Leave something up to the Holy Spirit. Our job is to deliver the message. We will win very few compared to the multitudes we witness too. “preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.”(2 Timothy 4:2). Some sow and some reap. “And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.”(John 4:37-38). Remember if you love Jesus feed his sheep. He told Peter this 3 times. “So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.”(John 21:15-17). It is all laid out for them in www.answersintheword.com and the Bible and some are 10%, some are 20%, some are 100%. We can’t legislate righteousness or force people to want the truth. It is the GIFT of GOD. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.”(Ephesians 2:8-9).

Amen

BE LIKE THE WIND

“The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.”(John 3:8). It is better to try and fail than to sit around doing nothing until you die. It’s better to try to no avail than to just sit around and let life pass you by. Have you never had anything that was worth losing everything for? “By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: for he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.”(Hebrews 11:8-10). “By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called: accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure.”(Hebrews 11:17-19). Abraham was 75 years old when the Lord called him to forsake all and go to a place that he should afterwards receive for an Inheritance. If he would not have gone just think about what he would have missed out on. Like the Disciples, they would have died and faded into obscurity and vanished but because they forsook all and followed Jesus, their names are forever written in Heaven on the very foundations of The Holy City. “And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.”(Revelations 21:14). Don’t miss out on your rewards and blessings by limiting The Holy One of Israel. Step out by faith on the water, just keep your eyes focused on Jesus. “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:5-6). Don’t get stuck in a rut and the quicksand of this world. “for a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.”(Proverbs 24:16). Alexander The Great was asked how he conquered the World, so quick, in only 10 years. He replied, “By not delaying”!

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen

How Big Is Your Church?

We are not trying to get a big Church going. We just want to reach people who are hungry for the truth. Like Jesus said: “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”(Matthew 18:20). My son James shared these verses we with me yesterday, I think because he discerned that I was discouraged about how things weren’t going for the Church. In other words, if you have two or three people gathered in His Name you have a Church. It may be discouraging if don’t have a big Church, all though he and Maria have been the most faithful to show up and help out and not just on Sunday either. We are looking for quality not quantity, People who want the truth. Like Peter said: to Jesus when many of his followers left him, because what Jesus said was too hard for them to bear, “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.  And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living of the God.”(John 6:63-69). We need the kind of people that will follow faithfully with you, no matter what comes our way. Your friends don’t need an explanation and your enemies wouldn’t believe you any way!! Caleb is a faithful daily reader of www.answersintheword.com, and so is Brian, and we pray that Brad will be too, and Osbaldo and his wife Laura. In fact we pray that all of our loved ones would read the web site everyday. “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.”(John 10:27-29) We are looking for people who want truth. People who are not coming into fellowship just because we are the closest to them. We are looking for people who are looking to find a Church fellowship that is closest to Jesus and his Word, not just their location. So there you have it. Which kind of a follower are you? How far would you travel for the truth??

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen

WHEN DOES THE LAST SEVEN YEARS START?

The last 7yrs. Starts when the Anti-Christ confirms the Covenant.

https://www.answersintheword.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/THE-LAST-7-YEARS-OR-70th-WEEK.odt

(Daniel 9:27)

“And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.”

A covenant is an agreement or a peace treaty. The covenant could bring about the rebuilding of the third Jewish Temple in Jerusalem, if they haven’t already started on the Temple. Remember the rebuilding of the Temple is not the main sign. The event of the antichrist confirming the covenant starts the Last Seven Years. The Covenant does not have to say anywhere in it that it is for a seven-year period of time. It just will be, until Jesus Comes back.

If you read our class in www.answersintheword.com on Daniel Chapter 8 you will understand that after the covenant is confirmed there will be 9 months and 25 days before the daily sacrifice begins. Then in the middle of the last 7 yrs., or 42 months after the covenant is confirmed, or 1260 days to be exact, (in The Hebrew Calendar of 12, thirty day months) the Anti-Christ will break the covenant, take away the daily sacrifice, be healed of a deadly wound, or assassinated and the Devil will enter his body and proclaim himself as God, and cause all to worship him and receive his mark, and force the worship of the Image of the Beast on people, place the Abomination of Desolation in the Temple. Then begins The Great Tribulation, and the Six Trumpets of the Tribulation.

(Matthew 24:15-31)

“When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) then let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains:  let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened. Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

(Revelation Chapter 8)

“And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets. And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand. And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake. And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound. The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; and the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed. And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; and the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter. And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise. And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!”

(Revelation Chapter 9)

“And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment has as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle. And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months. And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter. And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt. And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.”

The Seventh Trumpet is the Rapture. ( SEE: Revelation Chapter 10) & ( 1 Corinthians 15)

(1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 )

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

Amen

IT’S ALL ABOUT JESUS CHRIST

It’s not about us. Jesus said, “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.”(John 12:32). John the Baptist said. “He must increase, but I must decrease.”(John 3:30). Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone could be more like Jesus, then we would have a little bit of Heaven here and now. We need to pray without creasing and listen to him. He will speak back to us. He will show us many wonderful things. After all that’s the way the Lord made us, to love him and have fellowship with him. Do you teach your children to do this? The best thing we can teach our children is how to pray and hear from Jesus. After all he lives in our hearts inside of us. He is always there and will never leave us or forsake us. Everyone is seeking for self-glory and honor and attention. “How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?”(John 5:44). How about if we just seek to make Jesus happy? ” Seek the Lord and his strength, seek his face continually.”(1 Chronicles 16:11).

We should be the happiest people on the earth, so that people who don’t know Jesus Christ will see us and say, they are so loving and happy, “I want what they have. Well, you can do this. “If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.”(John 13:17).

Say this prayer if you want to be saved, Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace.

Signs

Many people are looking for a sign now days. Many will be looking at the Eclipse on April 8,2024 as a sign of they don’t know what. The Rapture, The End Times, etc., etc. Let’s see what Jesus said about signs. “But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:  for as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” (Matthew 12:39-40). “And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:”(Genesis 1:14). “He delivereth and rescueth, and he worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth, who hath delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.”(Daniel 6:27). “Behold, I and the children whom the Lord hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.”(Isaiah 8:18).

Thus, saith the Lord,

Learn not the way of the heathen,
and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven;
for the heathen are dismayed at them.”(Jeremiah 10:2).

“which hast set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, even unto this day, and in Israel, and among other men; and hast made thee a name, as at this day; and hast brought forth thy people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs, and with wonders, and with a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with great terror;”(Jeremiah 32:20-21). “I thought it good to shew the signs and wonders that the high God hath wrought toward me. How great are his signs! and how mighty are his wonders! his kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion is from generation to generation.” (Daniel 4:2-3).” And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?”(Matthew 16:3).” For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”(Matthew 24:24). “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;” (Mark 16:17). “And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.”(Mark 16:20). “and great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.”(Luke 21:11). “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.”(Luke 21:25-26). “Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.”(John 4:48). “And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book:”(John 20:30).  “I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:” (Acts 2:19). ” men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:”(Acts 2:22). “And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.”(Acts 2:43).”by stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.”(Acts 4:30). “And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon’s porch.”(Acts 5:12). “Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds”(2 Corinthians 12:12). Remember don’t worship the Creation more than the Creator. The devil always tries to copy God and deceives people by his limited signs. We already have the greatest sign fulfilled. The Resurrection of Jesus Christ The Only Begotten Son of God!

HAPPY RESURRECTION DAY !!!

Posted on  by admin

“E’-li E’-li, la’-ma sa-bach’-tha-ni”? (Matthew 27:46). These words mean, “My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?” That is what Jesus cried out to God his Father when he was dying on the cross for your and my sins. He couldn’t understand why God his Father had turned his back on him and had forsaken him. He was so used to having his Father be so close to him all the time, and at this time of all times, God his Father wasn’t there for him. He had to go through it all alone by himself. He did it because he loved his Father and because he loved you! I have heard many preachers say that God turned his back on Jesus because God is perfect and he can not look upon sins, when Jesus took upon him the sins of the whole world. The fact is ,yes God is perfect, but  God looks upon our sins everyday. “The eyes of the Lord are in every place beholding the evil and the good.” (Proverbs 15:3). We all deserve to be in prison and to go to hell, but The Lord had mercy upon us. Jesus could have called 10,000 Angels to destroy the world. I think God turned his back on, Jesus when he was dying on the cross, because it hurt him so much that he couldn’t take the pain of being there and watching what was happening to his Son for you and me. I can’t even imagine such love. Could you give your Son to die for a bunch evil wicked people who hate you, and are doing evil things? That is what God did for you and me. “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have ever lasting life.” (John 3:16). What do you think? We should celebrate Easter just as much if not more than Christmas, because Easter stands for the Resurrection of Jesus Christ after he died for our sins which is what he was born into this world for. How about if we say Happy Resurrection Day instead of saying Happy Easter which  comes from the ancient Babylonians who believe a giant egg fell from heaven and  hatched the goddess Astarte (the goddess of fertility) by the Euphrates  river, hence Easter and the eggs.Today is the day that we celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This really is the Holiest day of all for all Christian believers to rejoice in and be happy and thankful, even more important than Christmas! Today Jesus conquered death and the grave and through faith in him we can too. Jesus said, I am the resurrection and the life. He that believes in me shall never perish! (John 11:25,26). Today is a good day to have communion and have a fresh start with the Lord, and a clean heart ! Today is a good day for us all to have a resurrection in our own lives and hearts and with each other and in our relationship with Jesus and each other, Amen? So celebrate and have a “Jubilee” today. May God Bless You ! ! !

Amen.

PRAY TO JESUS

Posted on  by admin

I just can’t do the subject justice. When I think about all my life as I was taught to pray to God our Heavenly Father, and sometime at the end of my prayer I would throw in Jesus Name. I think the Lord had mercy on me because I would at least say In Jesus Name at the end of my Prayers most of the time. The churches for the most part have had a lot of things wrong for so long that it is pitiful. I just recently had received this revelation from the Lord, and it has really changed my life, and way of praying and thinking and I have gotten a lot closer to Jesus by his love and grace and mercy. How can you go wrong praying to Jesus? After all Jesus himself said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6) “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” (John 10:9) “Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” (Hebrews 4:14-16) These are Gods conditions the way he wants our prayers to be. I hear so many Preachers say “Father God” and then go on with their prayer so self-righteously as if they could just bypass Jesus Christ and go straight to God. Who are we to do such a thing? “All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.” (Isaiah 53:6) “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. And there is none that calleth upon thy name, that stirreth up himself to take hold of thee:” (Isaiah 64:6-7a) “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23) ” Behold, he putteth no trust in his saints; yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight.” (Job 15;15) If you have prayed and accepted Jesus Christ into your heart as your Saviour, then you are born again. SEE: (John 3:1-8) John 1:12 says, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:” ” Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” (Hebrews 13:5) So that means Jesus Christ is living in you. “And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.” (Galatians 4:6) “Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?” (Psalms 139:7) So you can pray straight to him, he hears all you say and think so talk to him and he will talk back to you. It is presumptuous to pray straight to God our Heavenly Father. This means you are presuming you are worthy to go straight to God. Beloved the Lord God Almighty, The Heavenly Father only honors and hears prayers that go thru his Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour, and King of Kings and our High Priest. So, try it, Pray to Jesus Christ. You will be closer to him and God our Heavenly Father, and to Jesus his Only Begotten Son, and the Holy Spirit, The Trinity. Praying to Jesus is Praying to God our Heavenly Father, because your prayers go straight to him and Jesus, and the Holy Spirit also, at the same time to our Heavenly Parents, SEE our classes on the Holy Spirit for another eye-opening, shocking, and amazing truth found in www.answersintheword.com. Jesus said: “I and my Father are one.” (John 10:30) “Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?” (John 14:9) Jesus Christ is the ultimate manifestation of God and his LOVE. Many Christians today won’t be able to accept this truth because it would mean they have been wrong and taught wrong to pray straight to the Father, and their pride is offended. Some of the hardest words in any language is “I was wrong”. I even tried to share this truth to my son-in-law in Love and he spoke. “I don’t need you or your web site, but later gave a weak apology, and said he was sorry if he had said anything wrong. He said his mom told him that this was the craziest thing she ever heard. “Am I therefore become your enemy because I tell you the truth?”(Galatians 4:16) He also said he has the Spirit and does not need any teaching. Beloved you have to rightly divide the Word of truth there are so many scripture verses on teaching. “And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” (2 Timothy 2:2) “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:” (2 Timothy 3:16) “preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” (2 Timothy 4:2) Jesus taught his disciples many things, and he said for us to follow him, and do as I do. “Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.” (John 21:15b-17). “Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.”(John 8:58). Pray to the eternal I AM, Jesus Christ, and by so doing you are praying to our Heavenly Father and the Holy Spirit. Jesus new that this would be a hard saying for his disciples to bear at that time. Can you receive this truth? “Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.”(Matthew 1:2-3). This verse is definitely talking about Jesus so you can pray to Jesus, who is God with us. Remember Jesus is inside of you in your heart, and he will never leave you or forsake you. “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”(Revelation 3:20). Jesus is your best friend. He loves you and will never leave you or forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5).

Amen

DEAR LOVED ONES

“Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.”(Amos 3:7). “But if they will not obey, I will utterly pluck up and destroy that nation, saith the Lord.”(Jeremiah 12:17). “The wicked shall be turned into hell,
and all the nations that forget God.”(Psalms 9:17). Today March 4, 2024 is very important day for the Whole U.S.A. and the World. The Future depends upon today, and what the Supreme Court decides to do about Donald J. Trump. Are they going to give him immunity from prosecution and keep his name and what he stands for on the ballet or persecute him and by so doing bring down the Judgements of God upon us, and the world because what happens to the U.S.A. effects the World. “but they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the Lord arose against his people, till there was no remedy.”(2 Chronicles 36:16). The U.S.A. has been open to Bible Prophecy in the scriptures. The Lord has left it open about the future depending upon what we choose to do and what we do. “He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy. When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.”(Proverbs 29:1-2). “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”(Ephesians 6:12). Are you prepared spiritually first by being right with God by asking Jesus Christ into your heart. And asking him to forgive you of your sins?. “Therefore thus will I do unto thee, O Israel: and because I will do this unto thee, prepare to meet thy God, O Israel.”(Amos 4:12). It’s a day for desperate prayer and repentance. Maybe the Lord will give us more time and have mercy on us which none of us deserve. “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”(Lamentations 3:22-23). “There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilæans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilæans were sinners above all the Galilæans, because they suffered such things? I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.”(Luke 13:1-5). Today is a day of Sackcloth and Ashes, or Ashes. Let’s get right with God, It’s really not that odd in fact it feels pretty good and I really think you should. Just try him out. It’s all about Relationship NOT Religion. Jesus is waiting for you with open arms. Don’t look back like Lot’s wife and turn into a pillar of salt! (Genesis 19:27).
