“GIVE GOD ALL THE GLORY”

Jesus said; “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.”(John 12:32). Lord help us to always lift you up and give you credit for all the good things you do for us. There is a great lesson found in Daniel Chapter 2.

Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven. Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his: and he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding: he revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him. I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers, who hast given me wisdom and might, and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee: for thou hast now made known unto us the king’s matter.” (Notice how Daniel gave glory to God and not himself. He didn’t start spouting off his credentials and saying how smart he was so he could get a better position with the King and better job security, but he was more concerned about giving God the credit and glory for revealing to him the troubling dreams that Nebuchadnezzar had.)

The king answered unto Daniel, and said, Of a truth it is, that your God is a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing thou couldest reveal this secret. Then the king made Daniel a great man, and gave him many great gifts, and made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon, and chief of the governors over all the wise men of Babylon.” These verses can be found in Daniel Chapter 2, Please study the whole Chapter in www.answersintheword.com and get a better understanding. So if you want the Lord to Bless you and mightly use you always give him the Glory and the credit and the Praise, and thank him for it. “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. (James 1:17). “but God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; and base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: that no flesh should glory in his presence.” (1 Corinthians 1:27-30). “For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.” (Galatians 6:3). “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. (Galatians 6:7-8) “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31). Even Cesar when he would ride through the streets of Rome waving to the crowds on his Golden Chariot he would have a slave standing behind him whispering in his ear “Fame is fleeting.” Remember, God had to send Nebuchadnezzar into the wilderness to eat grass for seven years to humble him, until he learned to give God the Glory. All this came upon the king Nebuchadnezzar. “At the end of twelve months he walked in the palace of the kingdom of Babylon. The king spake, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty? While the word was in the king’s mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, saying, O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee. And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will. The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hairs were grown like eagles’ feathers, and his nails like birds’ claws.

And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation: and all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou? At the same time my reason returned unto me; and for the glory of my kingdom, mine honour and brightness returned unto me; and my counsellors and my lords sought unto me; and I was established in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added unto me. Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works are truth, and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.” (Daniel 4: 28-37).And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man. 23 And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.(Acts 12: 22-23). “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.”(1 Corinthians 10:31).

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins, and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen

Superstition

The Definition of Superstition in the Webster’s Dictionary

A belief or practice resulting from ignorance, fear of the unknown, trust in magic or chance, or a false conception of causation

An irrational abject attitude of mind toward the supernatural, nature, or God resulting from superstition

Are you superstitious? Are you motivated by superstition? Do you change directions when you see a manifestation, such as a black cat in your path, or a flying bird hitting a hard surface, such as a wall or fence etc. Be careful because not all manifestations are from the Lord. It could be from the Devil your enemy. When people get all into superstitious manifestations it could turn into a form of worship from the Devil and his demons to get us off track. We have got to ask Jesus for some wisdom and spiritual discernment. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” (James 1:5 )

Also ask for the gift of discernment. The enemy would love to get you tripped off running around looking for manifestations which can lead you astray and waste your time which God has given you on your watch here on earth, to see what you will do with it. Manifestations are physical sightings of spiritual meanings or realities. PRAY without ceasing, put on the whole armour of God. “neither give place to the devil.” (Ephesians 4:27).

Ephesians 5:6-21

Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers with them. For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

Ephesians 6: 10-18

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:” (1Peter 5:8). So let me spell it out for you. Superstition can be a form of worshiping the Devil. Be careful and prayerful out there! Grow up!!! Wake up!!! it’s time to stop all this devil worship, and be a part of God’s real woke generation and not a bungling babe any more! You have got babes to train! The Lord has put you in a position where others are watching you.

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

WE WILL TEACH THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH SO HELP US LORD JESUS CHRIST!

For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.” (Acts 20:27). “Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:31-32). I was recently praying about Answersintheword.com and I was considering watering some parts down because I was worried that it was to heavy and powerful and bottle breaking for many Christians. Then as I was going thru and reading the teachings of which are over 500 now, I couldn’t find any I would or could take out. Since people need to know them all because we are in the End Times and Jesus is Coming back soon. The Bible says; “I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew unto you.” (John 6:12-14). “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.”(Galatians 1:8-10). May the Lord forbid that I should teach anything but the truth! As I have said before if anyone can show us anything that we teach that is not scriptural and true, please let us know and we will gladly correct it. If you can’t you had better follow the teaching with all of your heart, and myself also!” only fear the Lord, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.” (1 Samuel 12:24).

For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. (Revelation 22:18-19).

Amen

WHEN I AM WEAK, THEN AM I STRONG !

Of such an one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory, but in mine infirmities. For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me. And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. (2 Corinthians 12:5-10). Remember Satan trembles when he sees the weakest Saint upon his knees. “For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: but God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; and base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: that no flesh should glory in his presence.” (1 Corinthians 1:26-29). “For his letters, say they, are weighty and powerful; but his bodily presence is weak, and his speech contemptible.” (2 Corinthians 10:10). Jesus Said, “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.” (John 12:32). Keep lifting up Jesus always, but expect all hell to break loose upon you, when the devil puts you on his hit list, But JESUS will stand with you and help you along with his army of ANGELS, remember one with God is a majority. “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone? And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.” (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12). When your walking with the devil he doesn’t give you such a hard time, but when you turn around and resit him he will go all out and fight you before he flees and leaves you, and the enemy quits trying to get you to give up. NEVER SURRENDER! “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.” (James 4:7-10). “He that hath ears to hear, let him hear!” “And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. “(Luke 8:8b).

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

Commitment

When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed. Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay. Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?” (Ecclesiastes 5:4-6). “But what think ye? A certain man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said, Son, go work to day in my vineyard. He answered and said, I will not: but afterward he repented, and went. And he came to the second, and said likewise. And he answered and said, I go, sir: and went not. whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. “ ( Matthew 21:28-31a). If you say you are going to do something for the Lord you had better do it, and do it speedily. “because the king’s business required haste.” (1Samuel 21:8b). I am so glad Jesus made a commitment to our Heavenly Father out of love for him and us, to go to the cross and suffer all the pain and die so we could be saved and healed ! Aren’t you? “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16). “I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:” (Acts 26:19b). Some day we will have to give an account for our lives to the Lord. “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.” (2 Corinthians 5:10). So be a faithful servant . “His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.” (Matthew 25:23).

Amen.

DO YOU HAVE A HUNGER FOR THE TRUTH ?

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled”. (Matthew 5:6). If you have a hunger in your spirit for the Word of God, and to learn his many truth’s that he wants to reveal to you. “as newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:” (1Peter 2:2). If you are saved and born again you will naturally want to grow spiritually. If not you need to pray to Jesus Christ and ask him to put a desire in you for his Word. “As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.”(Psalms 42:1). Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:” (Matthew 6:19-20). “Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:31-32). Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.” (Job 23:12). “and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”(2 Thessalonians 2:10-12). Do you have a hunger for the World or for the Word? The devil and his demons main job 24 hours a day is to keep you from the Word of Truth. “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.” (James 4:4).

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

PUTTING GOD FIRST

Whom have I in heaven but thee? And there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee. My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.” (Psalms 73:25-26). “ But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33). “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.” (Matthew 22:37-39). “Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.” (John 21:22). Stay focused on your main goal, the Great Commission to reach the unreached, Why should anyone hear the Gospel twice or more when some have never heard it once. If you can’t be a missionary yourself, at least help support one that is teaching the full, whole truth of Jesus Christ and his Bible. ( Basic, Instructions, Before, Leaving, Earth) “For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.” (Acts 20:27) “Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.” (Job 23:12) The Enemy the Devil is trying to side track us and take our time away from Gods highest calling. There is a time and place for everything. When you work put your whole heart into it, and when you play do the same, and don’t mix the two. When you seek the Lord seek him with all of your heart. “Therefore also now, saith the Lord, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning: (Joel 2:12) “only fear the Lord, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.” (1Samuel 12:24) “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.” (1Corinthians 10:31). “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.” (Psalms 27:1-2) “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.” (John 9:4) “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” (Romans 12:1-2) “While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.” (Matthew 12:46-50) “I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.” ( Proverbs 8:17) Putting God First is putting Jesus Christ First. Let people see there is something different in you. Let your light shine.

Amen.

WHY DO WE NEED TO ASK JESUS CHRIST INTO OUR HEARTS

The main reason is to be saved. “that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9-10). “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.” (John 1:12). Believe comes from the Greek word “Pisteuo”, which means to take Jesus Christ into your heart. and trust in him. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16). “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” (John 3:36).Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.” (John 3:3-8). “And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father”. (Galatians 4:6). The heart of man is not a good place. “The heart is deceitful above all things,
and desperately wicked: who can know it? I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.” (Jeremiah 17:9-10) The Lord doesn’t judge us just because of our wicked hearts but he judges us and rewards us according to what we do, and sometimes what we don’t do that our evil hearts tell us to do. Every ones heart is basically evil, wicked, and selfish. Jesus told his disciples; “If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?” (Matthew 7:11) “Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me throughly from mine iniquity,
and cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest. Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me” (Psalms 51:1-5). You don’t have to teach a baby to be bad. “for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” (Romans 3:23). “And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.” (Genesis 6:1-8). “Behold, he putteth no trust in his saints; yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight”(Job 15:15).

“Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did. But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, and needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.” (John 2:23-25). “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.” (Isaiah 64:6) The filthy rags spoken of in this scripture passage are talking about the filthiest of all rags menstruous rags. This is what our self-righteousness looks like in the sight of God. His righteousness is only through the Blood of Jesus Christ by GRACE. “but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” (1 John 1:7) “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.”(Ephesians 2:8-9). Grace is a Gift Received At Christ Expense. That is why we need Jesus to Save us and make us more like him. “He must increase but I must decrease.” (John 3:30) We should be changing and becoming more like Jesus Christ everyday. In fact people shouldn’t be able to recognize us from the day before. They should be thinking, WOW, who is this person, they sure sound different than they did yesterday. That’s one of the fun parts of being a Christian just seeing the changes that Jesus will make in your own life and personality and the way you treat others. It’s like the guy who ran into his old girl friend on the street, and she said Francis tis I,but he answered back, “But I am no longer I”. Let Jesus Change you and make you the way he wants you to be.If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.” (John 13:17). “What is this then that is written, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner? Whosoever shall fall upon that stone shall be broken; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.” (Luke 20:17b-18) “But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.” (Isaiah 64:8) Let’s fall into the hands of The Potter Jesus, who made us with God and The Holy Spirit. And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”(Genesis 1:26-27) being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:”(Philippians 1:6)

You can’t keep the birds from flying over your head, but you can keep them from making a nest in your hair. So it is with the thoughts from demons and devils. “Neither give place to the devil. Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.” (Ephesians 4:27-30) “Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man. Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying? But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable. And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.” (Matthew 15:11-20) “Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men. Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” (Matthew 16:22-24) The more you have Jesus and his Word in your heart the less you’ll have from the devil. Are you teachable or have you already attained. Self rightousness is the worst sin, thinking you know better, and can make it on your own.

Amen.

Birthday or no Birthday Party. The Battle still rages on.

What Battle you say? The Battle against Evil for Good, Light for Darkness, The Battle against spiritual wickedness in high places. The Battle for Jesus Christ against the Devil and all his hordes of Demons. The Battle for truth against lies of the Devil, and his false doctrines in the Churches. The Battle Against Evolution for Creation, the Battle against working your way to Heaven instead of grace for Salvation.( Grace is a Gift Received At Christ Expense). The Battle for health against sickness. The Battle against not forgiving and forgiving. The Battle against New Life and Death. The Battle of right over wrong. Nothing short of right is right. The Spiritual Battle of working on our own selves  and our areas that we need work on. The Battle of trying to be more like Jesus and less like ourselves. Not to mention reaching the Whole World for Jesus, THE GREAT COMMISSION. Go Ye Into All The World And Preach The Gospel To Every Creature. (Mark 16:15). It makes you wonder how we could ever have time for a Birthday party. With so much to do and fight for. Beloved we are surrounded and encompassed on every side. Jesus please bring forth laborer’s with all dispatch. The Bible says:  “So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood,
the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.” (Isaiah 59:19)

POWERFUL VERSES IN THE BOOK OF ACTS TO MEMORIZE AND LIVE FOR

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. (Acts 1:8).

And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. (Acts 2:1-4).

And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: and on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: and I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:  the sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: and it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Acts 2:17-21)

And all that believed were together, and had all things common; and sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need. And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, (Acts 2:44-46).

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. (Acts 4:12-13)

And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word, (Acts 4:29)

And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common. (Acts 4:32).

And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name. And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ. (Acts 5:41-42).
