Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. (Matthew 5:3-12).
Blessed is everyone that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways. ( Psalm 128:1).
Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. ( James 1:12).
Blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. (John 20:29)
BLESSED IS the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor setteth in the seat of the scornful.( Psalm 1:1).
BLESSED IS he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.( Psalm 41:1).
“I will bless the Lord at all times his praise shall continually be in my mouth”. (Psalms 34:1)
How can we bless the Lord? Jesus said, “And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.” (John 34:1). We can even make God and Jesus and The Holy Spirit so happy that they will sing. So is it with our Godly Parents , they are happy when their children do good and are obedient and thankful. I know from my own experiences that I don’t have peace and joy when I am not doing right or in the Spirit and pleasing the Lord. Remember the way to have JOY is Jesus first, Others second, and Yourself last. This is a wonderful way to spell JOY. “Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10)
Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen
