Ernest Hemingway said; you could eliminate most wars in Latin America by not allowing Football and Soccer which gets the people so worked up into a violent spirit that they actually want to kill each other and go to War.

The devil wants to destroy you and one of his main ways of doing this is War. The worship of sports in all nations is actually a secret worship of War.
Sports is the worship of man, the worship of the flesh. All those people in those stadiums are not getting all excited about God, and Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost. They are all getting excited about the worship of Man, and the ultimate fulfillment of Sports which is War, which is Man at his best which is his worst, which is War. All those people who get all worked up over sports whether at the stadium or at home or were ever they are, they are partaking of the so called “Good Sport” Spirit are being mass possessed by a violent spirit from the devil, to worship man, and the flesh, and lead them to destruction and War.
The Bible says; in Exodus 15:3 “The Lord is a man of War, the Lord is his name.” Ecclesiastes 3:8 says; “A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.” God’s army is a righteous army and his cause is righteous. If you want to get into the spirit of War, Join the Lord’s Army and take up your cross for Jesus Christ, and fight the spiritual battles against the devil and his demonic forces who are trying to possess the world through sports games and ungodly gaming apps !!! Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword. Matthew 26:52. “Meekness is no weakness, it is strength under control.” Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth, Matthew 5:5. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Matthew 5:9. Maybe if people knew what the Lord thinks about football and other sports and the spirit behind it they wouldn’t get so tripped off and carried away in this ungodly spirit. I once saw someone throw an object into a big expensive TV and destroy it because he didn’t like one of the players moves in the game.
Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.
