“Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.”( Mathew 5:5-9). Jesus said; If we want to be blessed, then be Meek. Meekness is no weakness, it is strength under control. Jesus was meek, but not all the time. There is a time and a place for almost everything. READ: Ecclesiastes Chapter 3.  “Seek ye the Lord, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the Lord’s anger.” (Zephaniah2:3). “He hath shewed thee, O man,  what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy,and to walk humbly with thy God?” (Micah 6:8).  Humility and meekness go hand in hand. Meekness brings on Gods Blessing. You accomplish more by being meek. “By humility and the fear of the Lord are riches, and honour, and life.”(Proverbs 22:4). This is the formula if you want riches, and honour, and a good life. Meekness and Humility are the opposite of anger which is one letter away from danger. “What will ye? shall I come unto you with a rod, or in love, and in the spirit of meekness?” (1 Corinthians 4:21). “Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ,(2 Corinthians10:1a). “meekness, temperance: against such there is no law: (Galatians 5:23).“Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.”(Galatians 6:1). “with all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;” (Ephesians 4:2)  “Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;” (Colossians 3:12). “But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.”  (1 Timothy 6:11). “in meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;” (2 Timothy 2:25). “to speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.” (Titus 3:2). “Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom”.(James 3:13). “but sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear” (1 Peter 3:15).  If you go around all the time like a bull in a china closet your bound to do a lot of damage. “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”(Matthew 11:28-30)

Say this prayer to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins ,and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.
