ARE YOU ONE OF GOD’S MINUTE MEN OR WOMEN ?

During the American Revolutionary War. There were a group of people called “The Minute Men”. They were expected to be ready in one minute to go to battle as soon as the alarm sounded and the Church bells rang, which meant that the enemy was coming, and the salvation of the nation was at stake if they were not immediately on the battle field to hold the enemy off long enough until the rest of the soldiers could get there. Are you ready to go when the alarm sounds? Well let me tell you, it has already sounded. “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.” (John 9:4). “No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.” (2 Timothy 2:4). Are you ready to go, ready to stay, ready your place to fill, ready for service lowly or great, ready to do God’s will? Beloved let us ask the Lord to break our hearts for the lost who need Jesus and to help us see people as Jesus sees them. “But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.” (Matthew 9:36-38). This is your time, your watch, let us make the most of it.

Say this prayer to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins ,and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen
