That is so true. We all have an affect on each other even if we hide out on a deserted island we are depriving others of the good that we could possibly bring to make each persons life better. It is just plain selfishness to want to hide out and not be around others to seclude yourself in your blessings. The Lord made us to Love him and enjoy his creation, and to help others do the same! I am glad that Jesus didn’t live a selfish life. He left the beauties of heaven to come down here to trudge the dusty streets of Galilee and put up with the cruel unkind and unloving treatment he received from the people he came to help and save. Jesus was and forever is the ultimate manifestation of the love of God. He was the best example of unselfishness. Jesus said,
” And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.”(John 8:29). The Bible says, “And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone;”(Genesis 2:18a) Jesus sent his disciples out two by two. “And he called unto him the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;”(Mark 6:7). “Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their labor.”(Ecclesiastes 4:9). So don’t miss out on God’s Blessings by hiding out and being selfish, and getting all into yourself, like the devil wants you to do, but rather do what Jesus said, and let your light shine before men, and be a blessing by putting yourself out there, and let the Lord work through you. Don’t hide your light, but shout it out, and let it shine from the roof tops, be a Light House to others. Amen?
Say this prayer to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins ,and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.
