Jesus Christ and God said, “I AM”

“And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.” (Exodus 3:14). “Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was,I AM.” (John 8:58).

And Jesus said unto them, I AM the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.”(John 6:35).
 “Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I AM the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” (John 8:12).
 “Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I AM the door of the sheep.” (John 10:7).
 “I AM the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.” (John 10:14).
 “Jesus said unto her, I AM the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:” (John 11:25).
“Jesus saith unto him, I AM the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6).
“I AM the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” (John 15:5).

Was it Jesus that spoke to Moses in the burning bush on the mountain or was it God his Father or were both of them there? Remember Jesus was the first of God’s creation “ And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;” (Revelation 3:14). PLEASE READ THE WHOLE CHAPTER OF COLOSSIANS 1 For a deeper understanding of this truth from the Lord. So it could have been Jesus talking thru the burning bush to Moses. I submit to you that it is possible that it was both God the Father and his Only Begotten Son talking,. or it may have been just Jesus talking or just God talking, which ever they were both in agreement. And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.” (John 8:29).”The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand” (John 3:35). .Jesus said, “I and my Father are ONE,” (John 10:31). He did not say that they were one and the same.  HE is One in spirit, thought and heart with God, even though they are two different persons.  “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.” (1John 5:7). You see the Trinity is 3 different persons, but One in Unity of mind, heart and spirit, our heavenly family and parents, and older brother who is also our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  The Elder Jews believe God’s name is too Holy to mention. Who do we think we are to bypass Jesus Christ our High Priest? (Hebrews 12) and go straight to God in our prayers? “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;” (1 Timothy 2:5). Jesus said; “he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father (John 14:9b). Praying to Jesus is praying to God also ! It is presumptuous to think that we can go straight to the Father. He made it to be this way. Beloved PRAY to Jesus Christ if you want to have your prayers answered and reach pass the ceiling. I know this is a radical concept, but this is the way God wants it to be ! Instead of just praying straight to God and throwing the name of Jesus in at the end. “Thus saith the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.” (Isaiah 45:11). This verse clearly shows us that Jesus Christ is the “Holy One of Israel,” and God his Father made him and begat his Only Begotten Son, and they are speaking as ONE. Jesus said, I and my FATHER are ONE. “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.  My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.  I and my Father are one.”(John 10: 27-30). Say this prayer to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

Superstition

The Definition of Superstition in the Webster’s Dictionary

A belief or practice resulting from ignorance, fear of the unknown, trust in magic or chance, or a false conception of causation

An irrational abject attitude of mind toward the supernatural, nature, or God resulting from superstition

Are you superstitious? Are you motivated by superstition? Do you change directions when you see a manifestation, such as a black cat in your path, or a flying bird hitting a hard surface, such as a wall or fence etc. Be careful because not all manifestations are from the Lord. It could be from the Devil your enemy. When people get all into superstitious manifestations it could turn into a form of worship from the Devil and his demons to get us off track. We have got to ask Jesus for some wisdom and spiritual discernment. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” (James 1:5 )

Also ask for the gift of discernment. The enemy would love to get you tripped off running around looking for manifestations which can lead you astray and waste your time which God has given you on your watch here on earth, to see what you will do with it. Manifestations are physical sightings of spiritual meanings or realities. PRAY without ceasing, put on the whole armour of God. “neither give place to the devil.” (Ephesians 4:27).

Ephesians 5:6-21

Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers with them. For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

Ephesians 6: 10-18

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:” (1Peter 5:8). So let me spell it out for you. Superstition can be a form of worshiping the Devil. Be careful and prayerful out there! Grow up!!! Wake up!!! it’s time to stop all this devil worship, and be a part of God’s real woke generation and not a bungling babe any more! You have got babes to train! The Lord has put you in a position where others are watching you.

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

IN JESUS CHRIST PAIN IS GAIN

I never have been much of a pain person or one who could take a lot of pain. I guess most of us are like that too. How about you? The Bible talks about pain. “For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;” (Philippians 1:29). “though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;” (Hebrews 5:8). Think of the pain that Jesus endured for us to be saved and healed by his stripes or whippings. “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5). We don’t suffer pain to get Salvation, we do suffer paint to get closer to Jesus Christ. If we can’t handel the daily pain and suffering we have to deal with now. Then how are we going to make it when things really get bad? “If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? And if in the land of peace, wherein thou trustedst, they wearied thee, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?” (Jeremiah 12:5). “confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.” (Acts 14:22). The Lord gives us grace for the trial at the time it is needed, not before or after. Even though it may seem unberable just cry out to Jesus with all your heart and he will help you. “And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29:13). Jesus suffered and died for us, “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.” (Luke 9:23-24). Remember they that bare the Cross shall receive the Crown, no Testimony without a Test. No Triumph without a Trial, no Victory without a Battle. God created feelings of pain to help get us to repent and turn to him through Jesus Christ his Only Begotten Son. Sometimes fear of pain will help us to do the right things that are good for us and keep us in line on the straight and narrow for our own good. “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” (Matthew 10:28). If you have children you know what I mean. My Dad used to tell me: “You Better Straighten up and Fly Right.”

Many of the people of God through out time have had to endure sufferings and persecutions and pains. Isaiah was sawn in half. READ Hebrews Chapter 11. God’s Hall of Fame Chapter for people of God who endured pain and suffering for the Lord. All the disciples were killed and tortured except John who the Romans tried to boil in oil, but he wouldn’t boil. So they stuck him on the island Patmos in prison where Jesus came to him and gave him the Book of Revelations. Even Peter was crucified up side down when he told the Romans that he was not worthy to die like his Lord Jesus did.

NOW I’M NOT TRYING TO START A SELFRIGHTOUS WORKS DOCTRINE TO BE SAVED BY SUFFERINGS, BUT TO GIVE YOU ENCOURAGEMENT THAT YOU CAN MAKE IT THRU FAITH BY GOD’S GRACE AND HELP. IT WILL BE WORTH IT ALL WHEN WE SEE JESUS. “And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name. “ (Acts 5:41). I would rather suffer from preaching the Gospel then suffer for my sins.

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

WHAT ARE YOU LIVING FOR?

Power, Fame, and Fortune, these are what most people want in life, and for some people just to survive another day. Many get up in the morning just to seek Power, Fame and Fortune. The devil has so deceived them, that they think they don’t have time to pray, and have a little devotions to help them through the day. It reminds me of this true Poem:

I got up early one morning

and rushed right into the day.

I had so much to accomplish,

I didn’t have time to pray.

Problems just tumbled about me,

and heavier grew each task.

I wonder why God didn’t help me.

He said, “my child you didn’t ask”.

I got up early this morning,

and paused before entering the day.

 I have so much to accomplish

that I have to take time to Pray.

“By humility and the fear of the Lord
 are riches, and honour, and life.” (Proverbs 22:4).

“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”(Joshua 1:8). In other words if you want the Lord to bless you with good success, then dive into his word day and night.

“How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?”(John 5:44).

PLEASE SAY THIS PRAYER TO BE SAVED:

Dear Jesus, I want to know you and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I believe you are the Only Begotten Son of God, and you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Savior. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

MIRACLES

We live in the Fifth Dimension a very nice place to be, in The Land of Miracles, and we live the Life of Miracles. Every day we ask Jesus to do Miracles and he does. He never fails. “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” (Luke 1:37). Jesus did many miracles proving he was The Son of God, The Christ, The Messiah. He gave sight to the blind. Jesus Healed all that came unto him. So, what does “He healed them all” really mean? It means literally that no sick or disabled person remained unhealed that came to him wanting to be healed. He fed the multitudes with a few fishes and loaves of bread. Jesus Christ our Savior even raised the dead. Jesus spoke; “Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.” (John 11:40b-44). Jesus Christ even rose from the dead after he was crucified for our sins 3 days later like he said he would. Lord help us to write these miracles down that he does for us, like they did in the Bible, lest we forget. How Many miracles in our life’s and in the lives of others whom we pray for. Have faith for Miracles. Look for them. The Gospels in the New Testament record 42 miracles Jesus performed during His short time of ministry. However He performed many more. The apostle John writes, Jesus did many more things. “And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.(John 21:25). Get more faith by getting into The Word. “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Romans 10:17). What miracles will he do today? “And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.” (Matthew 13:58). Jesus said; “And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.” (Matthew 21:22).

Amen.

BE STILL

“Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.” (Psalms 46:10).

“And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.”(Exodus 14:13).

“And Moses said unto them, Stand still, and I will hear what the Lord will command concerning you.”(Numbers 9:8).

“And thou shalt command the priests that bear the ark of the covenant, saying, When ye are come to the brink of the water of Jordan, ye shall stand still in Jordan.”(Joshua 3:8).

“Then said she, Sit still, my daughter, until thou know how the matter will fall:” (Ruth 3:18a).

“but stand thou still a while, that I may shew thee the word of God.”(1 Samuel 9:27b).

“So Joab blew a trumpet, and all the people stood still, and pursued after Israel no more, neither fought they any more.”(2 Samuel 2:28).

“And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the Lord. And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake: and after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.”(1 Kings 19:11-12).

“Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the Lord will be with you.”(2 Chronicles 20:17).

“Hearken unto this, O Job: stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.”(Job 37:14).

“Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.”(Psalm 4:4).

“He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.”(Psalm 23:2).

“Their strength is to sit still.”(Isaiah 30:7b).

Beloved, you have got to get still some how, and some place, where it is quite and you can be still and come into the Lord’s presence, and get right with him first, and pour out your heart to the Lord, and then you can listen and get his direction and help.

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins ,and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

UNLIMITED

Did you know that we have access to a God, who is the only true God, who has given us Unlimited love, and grace, and mercy. Jesus said, “The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.” (John 3:35). “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” (Matthew 28:18). “Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.”(Matthew 18:21-22).The key to open his treasure chest of answered prayer, and miracles, is faith. If you want more faith ,get more in the Word. “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”(Romans 10:17). It’s hard to begin to understand such things as Unlimited Love & Forgiveness, unless you have had children of your own. You just love them so much and want to give them everything that is good for them, that it just comes naturally to forgive them and keep on loving them. It is such a tragedy and disaster that the Priests and Nuns in the Catholic Church don’t have children, and are not allowed to marry. How can they instruct those that have children?

“Bless the Lord, O my soul:
and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and forget not all his benefits:
who forgiveth all thine iniquities;
who healeth all thy diseases;
who redeemeth thy life from destruction;
who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
who satisfieth thy mouth with good things;
so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

The Lord executeth righteousness
and judgment for all that are oppressed.
He made known his ways unto Moses,
his acts unto the children of Israel.
The Lord is merciful and gracious,
slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
He will not always chide:
neither will he keep his anger for ever.
He hath not dealt with us after our sins;
nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
For as the heaven is high above the earth,
so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
As far as the east is from the west,
so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
Like as a father pitieth his children,
so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.
For he knoweth our frame;
he remembereth that we are dust.

As for man, his days are as grass:as a flower of the field, For so he flourisheth. the wind passeth over it, and it is gone;
and the place thereof shall know it no more.
But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;” (Psalms 103: 1-17)

“The earth is the Lords and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” (Psalm 24:1). It’s like having your own personal Genie and you don’t even have to rub the bottle to wake up the Genie. You also get Unlimited requests. “Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.” (Psalm 37:4). “Thus saith the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker,
Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.” (Isaiah 45:11). Jesus wants us to have this kind of faith! So don’t limit the Holy One of Israel by a lack of faith Jesus said greater works than these shall ye do. Just remember you are an Ambassador for the Kingdom of Heaven, and the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords, who has made you and ordained you and called you for his purpose. “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee,
and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”(Jeremiah 1:5). “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.” (John 15:16).This is your watch, your time and you surely want to hear these words from Jesus Christ. “His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.” (Matthew 25:23).

Amen.

ETERNAL VIGILANCE

“My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life Put away from thee a froward mouth,
and perverse lips put far from thee Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established. Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.”(Proverbs 4:20-27). “neither give place to the devil.” (Ephesians 4:27).

The spirit world is where are thoughts come from. Like the little boy said, If a thought tells me to do bad it is from the devil if the thought tells me to do good it is from the LORD. That is why we have to guard our hearts and minds from the evil. Which is from the devil,and listen to that which is only good from GOD. “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”(Philippians 4:8). Jesus fought the devil with the WORD, the more WORD you have memorized the stronger and sharper your spiritual sword will be to fight the forces of darkness. “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” (Hebrew 4:12). We need to always be on guard, as the enemy can attack at any minute day or night. So keep your sword sharpened and next to you. It is hard to grow in the spirit if you don’t get strong in the word. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance, and freedom is only one generation away, as President Ronald Regan said. So, train up your children in the ways of the Lord. “If you love me feed my sheep”. (John 21:15-17).

Say this prayer to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins ,and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

DEJA VU’S, PREDESTINATION, AND PREMONITIONS!

I think we should pay close attention to Deja vu’s and Premonitions because it might be the Lord trying to speak to us and show us his will. My daughter Michelle told me she has them all the time. “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:” (Joel 2:28 Old Testament ). “And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:” (Acts 2:17 New Testament). The expression Déjà vu is derived from the French, meaning “already seen.” The feeling of déjà vu, is an experience wherein you feel an overwhelming sense of familiarity. The Webster’s Dictionary definition for Premonition is: to warn in advance, previous notice or warning: FORWARNING: anticipation of an event without conscious reason. In other words Deja vu and Premonitions are and experience that comes right out of the spirit World where time does not exist, where you can time travel into the future or past, a spiritual time overlap into the future or past. Please see our teaching on “Hearing the Voice of God” in www.answersintheword.com. Because that is what you need to do immediately when having these experiences. God is trying to warn us or confirm his will. “Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:” ( Isaiah 55:6). “Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. Quench not the Spirit.” (1 Thessalonians 5:17-19). This brings us to another subject, Predestination. I don’t believe the Lord has predestined us in every little thing we do, certain things are predestined, such as children that the Lord uses us to bring into this World, and Bible Prophecy that must be fulfilled but a lot of our fate is controlled by us and our desires. In God’s plan and in God’s heart he wants everyone to be saved and to love him and enjoy his creation and help others to do the same. “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9). “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5). “and ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.” (John 15:27). “For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.” (Romans 8:29). “in whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:” (Ephesians 1:11). I don’t believe that the Lord will be happy and satisfied until everyone has been saved, and his creation restored as he originally wanted it to be before the Devil sinned and rebelled no matter how long it takes “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24).”Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof” (Matthew 6::34). The Lord doesn’t want us to worry about tomorrow, but to trust him. The very hairs of your head are all numbered. not one blade of grass dies unless the Lord allows it. He’s got the whole World in his hands..

Amen.

DECISIONS

Everyday we are faced with decisions. The Lord didn’t make us robots, but he gave us a free will to decide what path we want to follow. We should always say, Lord willing when we tell people what we are going to do. “Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain: whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that. But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.” ( James 4:13-16). Many of the decisions that are placed before us are a test of our faith as the Lord is watching us to see what we will do. “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.” (2 Chronicles 16:9a). “The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.” (Proverbs 15:3). Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me. Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.” (Psalm 139: 7-12). King David knew this and he said; “ So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee.” (Psalm 73:22). Every time the devil or his demons remind you of your past mistakes and sins, just say Thank you Jesus for your Blood that washes away all sins and the devil will flee from you. “but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” (1John 1:7). “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.” (James 4: 7-10). Of course the main decision that we will ever make in this life is to receive Jesus Christ into our hearts as our Saviour, after that life is up to us and what we make of it from our own choices and decisions. “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.” (2 Corinthians 5:10). All things of this life shall surely pass and only what is done for Christ will Last. When your faced with a decision do you pray and ask the Lord what you should do, and listen to his still small voice? “Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.” (Psalm 46:10). Remember that God gives the very best to those that leave the choices up to him, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33). The Lord really cares about you and the choices and decisions you make. Go to God’s Word to decide!
