3765 B.C. The birth of Mahalaleel ( he that praises God). ” And Cainan lived seventy years, and begat Mahalaleel:” ( Genesis 5:12)

3700 B.C. The birth of Jared ( a ruler). “And Mahalaleel lived sixty and five years, and begat Jared: ( Genesis 5:15).

3538 B.C. The birth of Enoch ( dedicated). “And Jared lived and hundred sixty and two years, and he begat Enoch:” ( Genesis 5:18)

3473 B.C. The birth of Methuselah ( He has set his death, or after him death comes). The Flood. ” And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methuselah:” ( Genesis 5:21). ” And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.” ( Genesis 5:27). Methuselah was the oldest man in the Bible.

Jabal: the father of tent dwellers. Jubal: the father of such as handle the harp and organ. Tubalcain: instructor of every artificer in brass and iron. ” And all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years: and he died. And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and  begat Methuselah: And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:” ( Genesis 5:20-22). ” And Enoch walked with God and he was not : for God took him.” ( Genesis 5:24). I don’t think many people realize how important and powerful this truth is in these lessons! The reason God put all these records of dates of how long people lived in the Bible is because the Lord wanted us to be able to see how old the world really is. The Lord knew that the devil was going to come out with his big lie of evolution. Countless billions of people including Christians have been mislead, and led astray by the lies of the devils teachings, that the earth is millions and billions of years old, when all they had to do was to look in the Bible and add the years up from Creation to find the truth. It is shocking to think of the trillions of dollars that have been spent propagating this lie by the school system and colleges and universities through out this country and has now effected the whole world, and it began in England. So thank God for the truth of his WORD, AMEN?
