The Bible says, “ And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29: 13). “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”(John 14:6). Jesus is the Word. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.”(John 1:1-5). “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”(John 1:14). “And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;”(Revelation 3:14). Jesus was created by God first before anything. “giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: in whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: for by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: and he is before all things, and by him all things consist. Even Pilate who ordered Jesus Christ to be Crucified,seemed like he was looking for the truth a little bit. When he asked Jesus this question. Some people look for the truth a little bit, and some people make it the main thing in their lives. How about you? Do you want the whole truth? Finding Jesus and accepting him as your Saviour in your heart is the most important and first step. “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”(Matthew 7:13-15). Some people don’t even want the truth at all, they prefer to live in darkness. “and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. “(2 Thessalonians 2:10-12). The Bible is like a great puzzle that must be carefully put together. The Devil has got a whole world out there full of lies, half truths and deceptions. “And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.”(1John 5:19). It is comforting to know that the Lord has not left us in darkness, but has given us his Truth and his Word about every major subject that you need and even more to make it through this life.
